Enjoying the spring session of First Strides? Want to try our beginner women’s walking and running program for the first time? The summer/fall session runs from late July through late September. Registration for the summer/fall session is now open. The goal or graduation event for this session is the Women’s 5k Classic. There is a separate registration and fee for the Women’s 5k Classic.

Changes for 2025!
We are still offering two nights for our First Strides program, but new this year is a switch for Wednesdays. Previously you could participate on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or both nights. This year, in response to some requests, space out the workouts, and to stablize attendance, we are moving the Wednesday session to Thursday. So you can now sign up for Tuesdays, Thursdays, or both nights. Add in bonus nights on Sunday and getting in 3 workouts per week just got a little easier!

- Wednesdays 6:15-7:45, July 26 through September 27 ($45)
- Double your fun and join us both nights ($85)
