First Strides® 2022 is a go! Registration is now OPEN for our spring sessions which will run on Tuesdays from March 22 through May 24 AND on Wednesdays from March 23 through May 25.

About First Strides
Do you imagine yourself fit and strong, striding comfortably down the road during an easy workout or a 5-K race? This gradual 10 week program will help you comfortably progress from the couch to walking, jogging or running at a pace that’s right for you.

First Strides® meets weekly, offering presentations on topics from what to wear to injury prevention. We then stretch and do a group walk/run. Please come dressed for activity.
Women from ages 12 to 112 are welcome to attend. Bring your daughters, mothers, neighbors, co-workers and friends.
Our mentors are First Strides® graduates, Women’s 5K Classic committee members and Lehigh Valley Road Runners (LVRR) members.
