Changes for 2025!

We are still offering two nights for our First Strides program, but new this year is a switch for Wednesdays. Previously you could participate on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or both nights. This year, in response to some requests, space out the workouts, and to stablize attendance, we are moving the Wednesday session to Thursday. So you can now sign up for Tuesdays, Thursdays, or both nights. Add in bonus nights on Sunday and getting in 3 workouts per week just got a little easier!
